Beach access is just 75 steps outside your door. The living room features a new electric fireplace which provides warmth and charm. a Vizio smart TV and Vizio sound bar in the living room, and also a smart TV in the master bedroom.

The townhome offers two large bedrooms each with their own private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a a king bed, and a scenic private deck. The second bedroom sleeps three with a custom twin-over queen bunk bed.

The living room has a hide-a-bed couch, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen offers a breakfast bar with 3 stools, and a dining room table that can seat 5. The kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen is well stocked with glassware and dishes, utensils, pots and pans, bakeware. Also all the gadgets you’d expect like blender and insta-pot.

Sheets and towels for all beds and bathrooms are furnished as well as kitchen hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a free to use washer and dryer in the first floor garage, as well as a shower for when returning from the beach.

The garage also houses beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys for you to enjoy. There are several bikes available to ride the nearby trails.

The Sea Dunes community offers a host of amenities including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, racquet ball court, basketball court, game room, and fitness center. The pool access is weather limited but generally open from the middle of May through the middle of October.

Great shopping and restaurants are just minutes away. Hurricane Moe’s and The Black Pelican, I Got Your Crabs, are an easy walk. We also recommend the Bad Bean Baja Grill and Barefoot Bernie’s also close by.

Our goal is to make your stay with us as memorable as possible. Cleanliness is also one of our top goals. After each guest departs our cleaning team fully cleans the townhome in accordance with CDC guidelines for our next guess to arrive.

Other Notes
This is a townhome has three floors and may not be ideal for elderly or small children. This property has two parking spaces for guests. The front door has keyless entry. The door code will be provided prior to your check-in-date. Check-In begins at 4pm. Check-Out is 10am.
